Each week throughout the quarter I took time to immerse myself in the natural environment and sketch two perspectives featuring landscapes, architecture and people. This practice helped me to visual my environment from the point of view of a flat 2D surface and understand how to compose reality in the most convincing way possible. 

 

Using a variety of techniques like shading, horizon lines, and detail in the foreground I was able to find my own visual style and experiment with what elements make for the most effective perspective drawing.
